Project Overview

Clickdrive Business Dashboard
Clickdrive Dashboard consists in two part, one is Clickdrive Business Dashboard for internal use for data tracking and web admin for Clickdrive app manual control. The Dashboards connect Google Analytics.(Another part is for Instructor use as web app, detail please check Instructor Dashboard in progress...)

My Contributions
As the UI/ UX Designer, I conduct the design activities with project manager, developer and created wireframes, high-fidelity designs.
Why do we need this?
Clickdrive app was planned to release latest in July 2020. Together with the app release, Sales and marketing need to be able to track registrations and revenue both on student users and instructor users for improving sales strategy and investment report. The dashboard also include control the basic data of Clickdrive app.

It is common that managing business especially in a start-up environment can be a challenge. The tasks in every stage vary per week even day. Product users: students and instructors are using the same app. So the dashboard need to be able to adapt to the fast pace of changing on both app interfaces. My role to come in is to solve data collecting from app and organizing information by resolving the issues relate to CRM usability.

Challenge
-The Dashboard development is affected strongly by sales and marketing roadmap.-Each stage on the roadmap has different priority on this project.-The structure needs to be flexible.​​​​​​​
After meeting with the sales team and CEO, we gather the basic information will be needed in each step in the roadmap. Then we break them into details then plan the dashboard roadmap.

Our Decision
- Separate the Instructor Sales CRM to another outsourcing system.
- Certain data is important for the funding attraction, we decide to have basic number showing first such as usage and registration. Move revenue only working in calculation but not showing in the frontend since the app hasn't launch yet.

In this diagram, with the help of product owner, I organize the content based on the potential development of the app features. ​​​​​​​

Our Decision
- To make overview data more clear and flexible of changing, we organize three main categories: Management View, Instructor View and Student View.
- Making detail segment add or remove widgets and create customized dashboards in later process

Our principle on developing dashboard is to use existing sources online first. Under this condition, the style guide has to adapt to the sources.

1. Management View
Management View focus on proving the onboarding users and observing the changes through sales process of cold calling and meetings.

Main focus-
Clickdrive chart grows flexibly.
- Track Growth
- Info to check scam: Email, Phone number, License (instructors)
- Deactivate account functionMove revenue only working in calculation but not showing in the frontend since the app hasn't launch yet.
2. Instructor View
Instructor View focus on supporting CRM services. To provide insight of individual instructor onboarding usage, rating given and revenue growth.

- Focus on short term observation
- Lesson completed

3. Student View
Student View focus on usage and progress. The student lesson history connects to student progress. The data on the dashboard in early stage is to serve the purpose of observing the behaviour react to those features on the app.
