My Contributions
As the UI/ UX Designer, I conduct the design activities with marketing, developer and created wireframes, high-fidelity designs. After MVP for each phase has been decided based on the company strategy, I finish visual design and UI design.
Challenge
Fast growing, always changing
Since clickdrive had a few false starts with branding, I wanted to learn more about where previous efforts came short. To do that, I discuss with members of the team. After the first version of the website released from March 2020 to April 2020, we manage to gathered results from A/B testing, at the same time developing brand assets.

Half-developed brand guideline
The brand guideline evolves together with the deliverables based on the process in the graph below and constantly change. The style of assets remains, but need to make consistency with two different personas.

Different targetting
From the beginning when the product is already in the developing process, I had challenge prioritize feedback from different stakeholders. Different target group but should be consistent visually on two sites.

First Version for Research

Our Approach
01. Research
02. Design
There are main groups:
-Instructor/ B2B
-Student/ B2C
-Stakeholders

Instructor
We collaborate with driving school and arranged quick meetings with instructors about driving industry.
-Built one-page subscription site
-Questionnaire.
We came to the conclusion that we should focus on flexibility and obligation in the strategy for our website for instructors. The devices which are used by instructors checking the website are mostly laptop and android devices.

Student
We interview students from high school who are near the age which can start to obtain a driving licence.
-Content Questionnaire
-Instagram stories A/B testing
Through the clicks and browsing time of the website, we decided the content of our page.

Stakeholders
-Focus on Driving Safety and Clickdrive vision

Wireframes

Our Approach
01. Research
02. Design
There are two phases of this website developed:
-User research
-Landing Page of our product

Designing the Journey
Together with Development and Marketing, we designed a journey which relates to the racing and conversion-driven content. As part of the overall user experience, I designed and animated illustrations that show the service of clickdrive. The figures vary from two different groups.

Growing every day
When building the first version, we need to quickly test the strategy, we used bootstrap for our basic structure. Clickdrive now is growing, and so is our website. On the technical side, Cloudprimero team customized the WordPress CMS to serve specific content for different languages. I integrated Lottie files in our building process so to adapt the RWD environment.
